  • Refund Period: You may request a full refund of your initial B.O.T. purchase ($99.99) within 30 calendar days of purchase if you decide this opportunity is not right for you.

  • Buyback Guarantee: If you leave the program after the 30-day refund window, Channels.biz will buy back unused and resellable B.O.T. AI Agents at 70% of the original purchase price, provided the Agents are in resalable condition and comply with resale terms.

  • Request Procedure: Refund and buyback requests must be submitted in writing via info@channels.biz, including purchase details and reasons for the request.

  • Exclusions: Refunds or buybacks will not be issued for digital content that has been fully consumed or used in violation of program terms.
