Club Kids Inc. CAC – Community Ambassadors Corp (MKE)
We are building a workforce, not just a program.
The Community Ambassadors Corp (CAC) was created to put young people to work while cleaning and restoring neighborhoods across Milwaukee. Too many communities are dealing with trash, abandoned spaces, and neglected properties, while at the same time too many youth are being left without real opportunities.
We are solving both problems at the same time.
This initiative hires young people at a minimum of $10 per hour to take part in weekly cleanup crews that move from neighborhood to neighborhood. These crews handle alley cleanups, yard restoration, graffiti removal, debris removal, and support services for elderly and disabled residents. Seasonal work includes snow removal and storm cleanup.
There are no GPA requirements. If you are willing to work, you belong here.
This is more than cleanup. This is job creation, community pride, and a pathway to something better.
How This FUNraiser Works
This fundraiser is powered by an interactive board where each square represents a contribution. The total goal determines the value of the squares, and as supporters claim them, the board fills up and the movement grows.
- You choose an amount that fits your budget
- Your name, business, or message can be displayed
- Your support becomes visible as part of this community effort
This is not just a donation. It is participation.
Where Your Support Goes
- Youth employment and wages
- Cleanup equipment and supplies
- Transportation and logistics
- Expansion into more neighborhoods
Every square claimed helps put a young person to work and improves the condition of our community.
Why This Matters
This program is about ownership.
When young people are given real responsibility and real pay, they begin to see their community differently. They take pride in it. They protect it. They build it.
At the same time, neighborhoods become cleaner, safer, and more connected.
Be Part of It
Claim your spot on the board. Support the work. Help build something that lasts.

Why This Matters
When I was growing up in Milwaukee as a teenager, one of my first jobs was working with the OC White Soul Club painting houses.
That experience mattered. It kept me out of trouble, put money in my pocket, and gave me skills that became part of my future in the property management business.
It gave me direction.
That is what we are bringing back.
Our communities need real opportunities again. Not just programs—but work, responsibility, and ownership.
This is about giving young people a chance to earn, learn, and build something for themselves while improving the neighborhoods they live in.
