Once logged in:

Add your profile image (REQUIRED)
👉 This image will be used across all CAC promotional materials

Complete your profile information

🔹 Step 3: Create Your Bio Using AI

Click the AI Chatbot in the lower left corner

Enter your background and experience

Tell the AI: “Create my professional bio”

Then:

Copy the generated bio

Paste it into your profile bio section

🔹 Your CAC Headquarters

Once completed, your page will serve as your personal CAC headquarters:

You will have your own shareable page

You will have access to your QR code

You will be able to direct community members, volunteers, and donors to your page

Board Role – Treasurer

Oversee organizational finances

Ensure budget accountability

Maintain financial transparency

Operational Role – Sponsorship & Wellness Coordinator

Engage and build relationships with business sponsors

Connect with health-focused partners and organizations

Help integrate wellness and health awareness into CAC programming

🔹 Leadership Expectations (Volunteer Role)

All CAC leadership roles are volunteer-based.

You will be expected to:

Recruit members and volunteers

Solicit donations (minimum of $1 contributions)

Seek sponsorship opportunities

Advocate for CAC throughout the community

This is a grassroots movement, and your role is critical in helping us build both financial stability and meaningful partnerships.

🔹 501(c)(3) Registration Requirements

To properly establish CAC as a nonprofit organization, the federal government requires verified information for all board members.

You will need to provide:

Full Legal Name

Mailing Address

Phone Number

This information will be included in the official 501(c)(3) application.

🔹 Participation Option

You are welcome to participate in the full registration process for 100% free educational purposes, allowing you to learn how nonprofit organizations are formed.

If you choose not to participate in the full process, you will simply be required to review and sign documents electronically via Docuweb when needed.
